ESPORTS4GAMERS PRIVATE LIMITED (the “Company”) is a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, which through its website (the “Website”), provides a platform for sale and purchase of gaming services and products.
This Return Policy only applies to services and products that are listed by the seller and reseller on the website. Any return or cancellation of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy. The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) or Service(s) on the website.
Gaming Hardware Return Policy
You can return the product(s) purchased from the website only if the product delivered to you is dead, damaged and defective or the product does not match the description. In such an event, a return request can be raised within 48 hours of the delivery of the product.
Note: We will not entertain any complaint of any order after the above-stipulated return period is over.
How a return request can be raised?
- Contact our Customer Support Team via email [email protected] or access the Contact us page from the footer section of the website.
- To be eligible with Return, you need to provide us with your order ID details along with a video of unboxing of the product upon delivery and the invoice for our reference. (Video recording of the product is requisite for identification and verification of the received product)
- We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels intact. If the product is not faulty then return will not be applicable.
It is expressly clarified that the refund entitled to by a User shall not include the amount paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time. If the request for return is accepted by the website (accepted only after due verification at the sole discretion of the website), the refund should reflect in the User’s bank account within 5 to 7 working days (may take longer subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which the website accepts the return request.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS/SERVICES RETURN POLICY
In the case of Digital product(s)/service(s), notwithstanding anything to the contrary, a return request for a product or service can only be raised if it is not in working condition or does not match the description.
Buyer shall only confirm the receipt of the order after the item received is verified to be as described in the product listing and in working condition. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the purchased product(s)/service(s) if no claim, issues and/or complaints are raised or made by the relevant Buyer to the website within 24 hours of the delivery.
Note: Confirming the receipt of your order indicate that you are satisfied with your purchase and agree to release the payment to the seller. Refunds will not be given for orders which are confirmed and completed.
